Vegan Rocky Road with Simply Sweet popcorn

- In a bain marie, melt the vegan spread, the dark chocolate and the maple syrup.
- Once fully melted, fold in the biscuits, the popcorn, the dried fruit and the nuts until combined.
- Pour into a baking tin or dish lined with either cling film or baking paper and push down with the back of a spoon.
- Put in the fridge for a couple of hours until set.
- Cut up and enjoy!
