With National Cake Week recently going out of its way to highlight the unrivalled comforting/de-stressing benefits of cake, it made perfect sense for Popcorn Kitchen to unveil the 3^rd chapter in our indulgent, Belgian chocolate trilogy, a deliriously decadent, vegan Chocolate Brownie.

As a proud, artisanal business with an unrivalled reputation for recreating a number of our favourite timeout treats as a truly immersive popcorn experience (Lemon Drizzle, Eton Mess, a timeless after dinner mint and everyone’s favourite spherical chocolate orange stocking filler), it made sense that the next arrival would be their own velvety chocolate take on everyone’s favourite traybake.

According to Popcorn Kitchen co-owner, Andy Valentine, ‘Of all the comfort foods we’ve sought to eulogize in popcorn, a vegan Chocolate Brownie has been far and away our toughest task.  If working without dairy wasn’t hard enough, we also wanted a popcorn with an unparalleled, lingering chocolate intensity that was never more than 130 calories per 30g pack.’
