Rocky Road Bark… but make it Popcorn 🍿🍫

We absolutely loved teaming up with Chloe from @biteofthebakes for this fun twist using our Rocky Road Pop At Home Popcorn Kit 🍿🍫

Instead of making traditional rocky road, Chloe turned our kit into a crunchy, chocolatey Popcorn Rocky Road Bark and it looked so good 🤩

First, she popped the popcorn fresh using the kit, before melting the included milk chocolate and mixing everything together with fluffy pink and white marshmallows.

The popcorn gets completely coated in chocolate, creating the perfect mix of crunchy, gooey and sweet. Once spread onto a tray, she topped it with extra marshmallows and left it to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.

The final result? Thick chunks of chocolate-coated popcorn bark packed with crunchy popcorn, gooey marshmallows and serious movie-night energy ✨
